  11. decisions printed in their entirety.  This notice will be released periodically in lieu 
  12. of Section 0.412 of the Commission's Rules (Deleted April 17, 1981) and to inform 
  13. the public of various reference publications, both government and 
  14. nongovernment.

  18. 1.  FCC Record.  The FCC Record, a bi-weekly publication, contains all FCC 
  19. decisions and actions, specified public notices, texts of those speeches by FCC 
  20. officials that may have substantive policy content, and associated indices.  This 
  21. publication may be purchased from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. 
  22. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402-9371.

  24. 2.  Code of Federal Regulations - Title 47 - Telecommunication.  This publication is 
  25. composed of five volumes.  The parts in these volumes are arranged in the 
  26. following order: Parts 0-19, Parts 20-39, Parts 40-69, Parts 70-79 and Part 80 to End.  
  27. The contents of these volumes represent all current regulations codified under 
  28. this title of the CFR as of October 1.  This publication may be purchased from the 
  29. Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, 
  30. D.C. 20402-9371.

  32. Nongovernment Publications

  34. 1.  Pike and Fischer Radio Regulation.  This multivolume service contains the full 
  35. text of all the FCC's regulations and active Notices of Proposed Rule Making.  
  36. Updated weekly, the service also includes the full text of Commission and court 
  37. decisions interpreting the rules.  Every decision is headnoted and the headnotes 
  38. are collected in Digest volumes.  Separate, smaller services covering broadcast, 
  39. private radio, the equipment rules (Parts 15, 18 and 68), cable television, radio 
  40. common carrier, common carrier rates/practices, and accounting/separation 
  41. rules are also offered.  They also offer the rules on floppy disk.  Information about

  45. 2.  Rules Services Co.  This service contains Parts 0, 1, 2, 5, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 
  46. 25, 73, 74, 76, 78, 87, 90, 94, 95 and 100 of the FCC's Rules, proposed rule changes, 
  47. and other materials.  Information concerning this service may be obtained from

  51. 3.  Knowles' Personal Radio Rules Service.  This service publishes Part 95, 
  52. Subpart A - General Mobile (Citizens' Class A) radio Service Rules and other 
  53. material concerning personal radio.  Information concerning this service may be

  57. 4.  Registration Rules Service.  This service publishes Part 2, Subparts I thru N, 
  58. Part 15 (Radio Frequency Devices), Part 18 (Industrial, Scientific and Medical 
  59. Equipment), Part 68 (Connection of Terminal Equipment to the Telephone 
  60. Network), and other materials of the FCC's Rules.  Information concerning this

  64. 5.  AR&R Rules Service.  This service alerts the telecommunications and 
  65. electronics community, and other users of the radio frequency spectrum, to the 
  66. month-to-month changes in the FCC rules, and policies/procedures potentially 
  67. affecting their interests.  Information concerning annual subscriptions to this 
  68. monthly alerting service may be obtained from Airwave Rules & Regulations Co.,

  72. 6.  Commerce Clearing House FCC Rulemaking Reported.  This three-volume 
  73. service reproduces the full text of the communications statutes and all of the 
  74. FCC's regulations, updated biweekly.  The reporter includes digests of all open 
  75. FCC rulemaking proceedings, texts of FCC notices and other actions, and texts of 
  76. all current court decisions involving the FCC's rules.  Information concerning
